When you pay on our site, your payments are secure. We do not collect your payment details. SA Brasserie de Tahiti is committed to the security of online payments. Payment details are encrypted as soon as they are entered on the Banque de Tahiti’s SYSTEMPAY platform (PCI-DSS certified), to which the customer will be redirected when placing an order on our website. It is impossible to read them during their single transfer via the Internet. The only information that circulates on the site during orders is a transaction number associated with the payment card, which does not allow the actual card number to be retrieved under any circumstances.

    • In order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and ten (10) years for accounting obligations.

    • In order to enable the personalization of the services offered and the information sent to the Customer by the Seller for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.

    • Until consent for the newsletter subscription is withdrawn.
    • After this period, they are deleted.

4.3 Applicable legal bases:

    • Performance of a contract: the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract to which you have consented.
