The shipping costs are calculated automatically before completing the purchase, depending on the weight, the delivery address and the order amount.
Please note that some deliveries may be subject to administrative procedures and/or import charges outside Hinanoworld’s control. In such cases, we suggest you contact your local customs office directly for further information.
Items offered for sale on the website are available for delivery to all countries in the countries of the European Union, The United Kingdom, the French overseas departments and regions (regulatory restriction – Evin law) and the Overseas Collectivities. When you process your order, enter your delivery address and the website will select the best carrier for your region.
When your order is sent, you will receive track information by email. You can also track your order in your account, on the “My Account” section on our website.
No, the express delivery is the only one available.
If your order is not delivered on the estimated delivery date, please check the track online. If you don’t have the information, please contact our customer service and we will check your order status and bring you a solution.

Exchanges, returns and refunds
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order (date shown on the order tracking portal) to manage the return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and include all labels. They will be returned at your own expense at :

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging, as long as it is properly sealed to prevent the items from getting lost. The shipping address must be clearly written on your package :

Items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes) or additional accessories must be returned with this special packaging and in the same condition.
No, you must manage the return per each order and return the items separately.
The return delivery charges are at your own expense and vary depending on the delivery address.
The refund is made once we have received and controlled the returned items. We will send you an email as soon as the refund has been processed.
You cannot exchange for another size or colour but you can make a return under conditions then place a new order.

The item is available if you can select it. If a size or colour is not available, you could not select it.
Remember: items in your cart are only held for 15 minutes.
We try to offer a wide range of items, including sizes from S to 3XL according to the style. To help you choose your size, we recommend using the measurement guide on the product page.
